Some people have impeccable timing. In the midst of the update we recieved new release info from Menagerie!

     Recording News - Menagerie has just announced the
     release of their newest album "Playin' Around". When we
     say "just" we mean it. The news broke during the update.
     Run forth and buy it!

So much going on, so many new albums on the way, prepare for a big update. Look for numerous reviews to crop up in the next few days as we make our way through our backlog.

     Recording News - Mallory & McCall's new project, The
     Skeleton Crew Pirate Band album  "Kings of the Sea",
     will be available at the Gold Coast Pirate Festival in Ojai,
     California.

     Recording News - Modern Bard Featured Artist Djilia
     Phrenlengo is about to release two recordings. The first
     is an extremely limited (100 copies) signed sampler of
     music from the new CD. The second is the new CD
     itself, "Rheliq. Both are now available for preorder. The
     sampler will be available in a week and purchase of the
     sampler gets you the new CD when it is released. The
     CDs can be purchased by sending $20 (via paypal) to
     elbaron@firenightrecords.com

     Recording News - The Black House Ceilidh will be
     releasing their first CD, "Upon a Winter's Eve", in about
     two weeks.

     Recording News - Figgy Pudding is at work on their first
     CD. While it isn't yet available, some early tracks may be
     heard at their MySpace page.

     Recording News - Menagerie plans on returning to the
     studio to record not one, but two new albums.

      Queen's Gambit has announced the song lineup of their
     next CD, "En Passant". Featured songs include "Bring
     on the Starlight", "Molly Malone", "Queen of Argyll" and
     numerous other favorites.

     Recording News - Merry Mischief has released their
     latest CD, "Just Love Songs".
